Everyday pasta done differently. Try this simple recipe, you won't regret it.
1 large knob of butter
1 lemon zest or a few drops of lemon juice
175g spaghetti (any other pasta will work just fine)
150g raw king prawns
Melt half of the butter in a frying pan and add the lemon zest
Add the prawns to the butter and fry for 2 to 3 minutes
Cook your pasta following the packet instructions. Drain, then add to the pan with the prawns
Add the rest of the butter and toss together and serve immediately
