Pasta with lemon butter prawns

Ingredients

  • 1 large knob of butter

  • 1 lemon zest or a few drops of lemon juice

  • 175g spaghetti (any other pasta will work just fine)

  • 150g raw king prawns

Method

  1. Melt half of the butter in a frying pan and add the lemon zest

  2. Add the prawns to the butter and fry for 2 to 3 minutes

  3. Cook your pasta following the packet instructions. Drain, then add to the pan with the prawns

  4. Add the rest of the butter and toss together and serve immediately
