This simple, quick to make gnocchi recipe will always be a mid week hit
1 bag of fresh gnocchi
10g butter
2 garlic cloves
Sprinkle of parmesan cheese (optional)
Heat a pan of salted water and bring to a boil
Add the gnocchi and cook to packet instructions
While the gnocchi is cooking, heat the butter in a frying pan on a medium-high heat
When the butter starts to foam, add in the garlic and fry for 30 seconds
When the gnocchi has finished cooking, drain and add to the pan with the butter and garlic
Fry until golden, stirring occasionally
Serve and sprinkle over parmesan as required
